Returns and Exchanges

All of the online merchandise orders are print-on-demand, meaning that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. According to the suppliers we use, if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, they will not offer replacements or refunds.

Product Issues

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with All In Dance at the front desk or at info@allindance.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Our suppliers have said they offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. This does not apply to orders that were the wrong size or color.
